Got my nails done on Saturday the 2nd December and by Tuesday the 5th all of them were broken. A full set of acrylics for £31 and lasted less than three days. I’m a so annoyed and phoned them on Tuesday and they told me that it was impossible that it happened and I was lying. I then told them that I had proof and they told my it was impossible. Now I was polite on the phone and told them that I clearly wasn’t the first person to experience this and he was being so rude. The nails were chunky and not oval like I asked for. I’m never going here and I’m appauled to say that they ruined my birthday.
