All i can say is how discusted i was when on maybe 6 occasions in two years, iv had surgery , most being major. Having had a stoma, no one had a clue how to deal with this type surgery, so much for a stoma nurse i was gona see everyday, its took me a long time to sit and do this because i could go on and on, i was left dirty on many occasion, lucky im a strong person but for a younger person it would been horrific, so more stoma care is deffenitly needed, and a change of attitude with certain nurses, but then some its only a job , from the experience iv had. Sort out the cleanliness too, ill leave it at that, forgot oaks
