I would have given this 0 stars ... but that wasn't an option. I'm seriously annoyed that I've received a Parking Charge Notice because I took the liberty of spending more than two hours shopping at the Retail Park. I admit that there are only about 5-6 shops there but when you're shopping in Matalan on a Saturday, looking for stuff to take on holiday, trying things on, taking them back to get different sizes and then queueing forever because there's only a small amount of tills open ... it's really not helpful. It says that these time limits are clearly marked and displayed well ... well, obviously not well enough seeing as I'm not the only one complaining about this here. Seriously unimpressed ... will put me off going back.
