My wife has just received a parking charge from the owners who run this car park. She spent some time in matalan, also in Next, the store next door. As it was lunch time she visited starbucks for a coffee and sandwich. She was parked for two and a hours which we believe is not an unreasonable time. Now we find out two hours is the maximum permitted time for parking. This is a ridiculously short time for a retail park. In my view it is just a way of making money and ripping off the public. In view of this it is the stores loss as we WILL NOT be using these stores again and urge others to boycott this area until parking times are altered.
