I have been coming to this salon for a few years as to be honest it just has the shortest wait times . I have noticed the radical drop in standards for quite a while and I have to say that I won’t be going back there from now on . The whole place is filthy and has an air of total neglect. The surfaces , sink , tools , wall and even the chairs are covered in stains and dirt and looking at the wax pot by the towels made me shudder ! I hope nobody is planning to get any waxing done in this place , you would need a course of antibiotics! . There used to be a lot of staff but for the last few months it seams to only be the two older members and although the lady is friendly , the man is rude and impatient and often leaves you sitting there midway through getting your nails done so he can have private phone calls . Last time I visited he was doing my infill then sat on his phone for over 15 minutes . When I coughed and pointed out that he was supposed to be doing my nails he talked for a few more minutes then huffed and puffed and rushed my nails through without even an apology . This whole place is neglected, shabby and completely unhygienic. They do not care about cleaning standards , germ control or customer service at all so I won’t ever be returning . I urge you to go elsewhere
