A friend of mine used this company to move her items from Essex, up to Liverpool in to my house. Although the move was difficult, I felt that they were trying their best given difficult circumstances and were doing an okay job. Although my friend was not pleased with their moving. Throughout the process I was kind and sympathetic towards them as it was a big move. Even offering them drinks and to rest if they needed it. During the process one of the two gentleman broke a door in my house, which I brought up to them and was met with a comment that it looked like it was on its way out anyway. To find out today that they are now claiming that they witnessed me breaking the door themselves with a bag of soft furnishings. To even suggest that a bag of soft furnishings (soft toys at that) would completely take a door down is absolutely laughable. When they were heaving heavy items about with no care. The dishonesty about witnessing something so they do not have to pay out for something that they broke after I was so kind and welcoming to them is disgraceful. I would not recommend to use this company. They may lie and blame you if they destroy your home too.
