Yesterday, 20th June, at 10.00 I purchased a chair from the Scout shop in Old Road, Clacton. I paid £30.00 plus £5.00 delivery charge (I live just around the corner in Page Road. I gave my address to the lady in the shop and she said it would be delivered after the shop closed. It has not arrived and the shop is closed today. She did not give me a receipt but said she would bring one when the chair is delivered. I am£35.00 down and no chair! This is very poor business practice and what is more, the phone number given on the website is no longer available. Actually, I should give no stars for this shop.
