Waste of time, rude very unprofessional. Took my phone in with a broken screen. After many phone calls and several visits to check if it was ready,they eventually gave it back over a week later and not done! At some point they lied that it was done and in storage in London,obviously a lie because it wasn't even an expensive phone. They even threatened to call the police because I called them out on the lie! would not recommend it at all.
