Hi. I had some personal difficulties at the store in Lighthouse Way Colchester today, Sat 9th August. I’d previously been impressed when shopping by the helpfulness of Staff n cleanliness of the store. However, today, with my difficulties causing me distress and anxiety, they excelled themselves and went out of their way to support me and help resolve my potentially “nightmare” situation. Thanks to all those lovely young ladies who helped me and reassured me under difficult circumstances. I cannot praise you all enough. So many many thanks and continue to represent your store to the very high standard you have shown today. WELL DONE and THANK YOU. Pamela Riches.
