THE WORST AGENTS EVER!!! I beg you don't use them.They would let contractors turn up to my flat without prior notice. Kayleigh was by far the worst,a very rude and cocky individual that needs a sack.They robbed me of almost half of my deposit for cleaning fees even though I cleaned the flat THOROUGHLY myself.They accused me of taking things in the property that did not even existed and a whole bunch of additional charges like agents fee and checkout fee.I was always transferred to different people etc.I encourage students especially to run away from this terrible estate agents they will rip you off.This agent deserves to be shut down for GOOD.
