order number 218871998 Good Afternoon I went to collect my lamp from the colchester store, I had no idea how large the box would be and I was unable to carry it, A guy called James from the store room carried it for me to my car, Which was parked in the town centre. Please can you pass on my thanks to James, he was brilliant !!!!!!! And a credit to the colchester store!!!!!! Superb customer service !!!!! Can you please confirm that this has been forwarded to the colchester store, thank you. Kind Regards Teresa Cairns
