If I could give no star, I would. Atrocious service from start to finish. Every time you need to contact the MAC department you need to go through the central WG switchboard; it seems impossible to call direct. You then get passed around the cosmetic hall till finally you reach someone who works for MAC. Appointments for a Saturday need to be booked 3 months in advance (not many people know what their social calendar is 3 months in advance at this time of year do they?!) so despite having a gift card it is as good as useless as it seems never to be able to be redeemed...unless you want make up for a night out on a Monday in February.
