I had the misfortune of dealing with the douche Duncan Edwards from this shop. He quoted me £17.50 for a call and took £20.00, he then asked for £200.00 as a deposit for a brand new washing machine which he has never delivered or refunded my money back. The receipt has been pre written with deposit non refundable and 3 months warranty, it has less value than toilet paper. He is a THIEF, a LIAR, a RACIST, DISHONEST, AGGRESSIVE, VILE and a FRAUDSTER. I strongly urge anyone to think twice about this shop. AVOID it at all cost, you can do better I promise you. I have reported him to trading standards and CAB. Please do your homework check out the reviews on all the sites he is attached to, if I had I would have never set foot in that tatty shop. Give number 6 Barrack street a wide berth, or you will regret it. I would like to give a minus 5 star as a 1star is way too generous.
