My son ordered my wife a floral display for Mothers Day, which was delivered on the Saturday. On Mothering Saturday some of the flowers had started to wilt and some had even died. I sent Dillys a complaint email on the Monday and as yet haven't received a reply. Unless a receive a reply with a apology (not impressed with their Customer service having to wait so long for a reply) and some sort of compensation, I will think twice about ordering flowers from them again.   17-03-15
