DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I handed over my phone to replace the screen. They promised me an original one. The display is not original, it has a greenish tint, which is especially noticeable in the dark, the black colour in the photos in some places became like a "black hole", in the middle there is an incomprehensible darkened stripe, which is visible when reading books.
No, any chance to get the money back or to get a normal screen

I recently took my phone in for a screen replacement, the bread and butter of any phone shop. The amount of issues I had after the phone had been fixed was shocking! Not to mention it was not ready on the actual day agreed!
He is extremely rude, unhelpful and thinks applying an aggressive manner was going to get his way...
I would not recommend and please avoid!

I have used these guys several times and they have never let me down. Had to go in again today for something else and as usual, they have had a look at my phone, told me what is wrong with it, told me how long it will take and how much it'll be...job done!
I will continue using them and recommending them, they are approachable and are reasonably priced.

Took my iPad there to get the led screen replaced, paid £60 for it. Get it back the following day and its like they haven't done anything. Take it back again have an argument with them, I get called a liar in the process because apparently I broke it again by leaving it on a table. After telling another customer not to go there they then say ok we will fix it, be ready the following day. Go back and they say we have to pay another £35 so as a result I still don't have my iPad back because I refused to give them more money when it's there fault. So they have gained £60 plus an iPad with all the pictures on of my kids. Trading standards are taking action

I know that this guys get some bad press, but I have now used them on three separate occasions as always found them to be polite, helpful and have always carried out the repair well, when they said that they would done and at the price they quoted which is competitive. They have replaced the screen on my iphone, my son's Nexus 7 and just recently replaced the charging block on the Nexus. I cannot hesitate to recommend them

Very helpful and great customer service and they told me it be done in a hour but finished it half the time which is very good and I only have to pay a little to get my screen fixed

i went into mr phone the other day and asked about a charging block i was given the best information about how long it would take and the best price they could do for me it was done in in the time frame they gave me and i got my phone back fully working in 24 hours and i was really happy with how the workers spoke to me and dealt with my problem and it was a reasonable price

Absolutely terrible... Went in there to get my Samsung galaxy young fixed and they said they would fix it for me for the next day. I go in there the next day "sorry still broken, come back tomorrow" so I came back the next day. "Sorry still broken come back tomorrow" so I waited three days to give them some time, then they say the same thing. At this point I was rather flustered but kept my cool and said, "I need my phone tomorrow because I'm going on holiday the day after", they say the same "it'll be done by tomorrow" so the day of my holiday they say "we can't fix it" so I wasted a week waiting for their poorly trained technicians to attempt to repair a fairly generic part of a phone and tell me they can't, where I could have gone somewhere else and get it done properly in time for my holiday. Thanks to them I now have no phone for my holiday and have to buy a new cheap one so I can contact people.
Overall - DONT USE THEM AT ALL
